Group Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

This support focuses on reducing occupational stress, burnout and is most effective on those who have high psychological distress. This workshop is composed by two one-hour workshops which covers an introduction to ACT and the core skills of acceptance, mindfulness and defusion within a group of 6-8 participants. Other ACT concepts such as awareness of self and values will also be covered. Participants be exposed on practices involving acceptance, mindfulness and defusion skills in the workshops as well as regularly in their own time.
